The gymnastics club focuses on providing continuous activity through the use of circuits and games. The goal of the coaches is to see your children build their strength and flexibility needed to do various gymnastics skills in a safe and fun environment.
We utilize the gymnasium at the Dean Fraser Community Centre for our classes.
