Red Devils in the Playoffs
The Carnduff Red Devils are busy battling through the Big Six Hockey Playoffs and through provincials. The Devils played Grenfell in the first round of Provincials winning the first game in Carnduff by one goal. On February 9 the team travelled to Grenfell and with the support of a great group of fans won a hard fought game moving them into the second round. This round sees them up against Rocanville. In the first game of the two game total point matchup the Red Devils fell to Rocanville by a goal. Rocanville visits Carnduff Saturday, February 23, 2013, at 8:00pm. In the first round of the Big Six Hockey playoffs Carnduff lost the first game to Arcola in the best of 5 series on home ice by only one goal. The second game was played Wednesday, February 20, 2013, in a hard fought battle that saw the Devils fall to Arcola. The third game was played Friday, February 22, 2013, where the Devils fell again to Arcola ending this year's Big Six Hockey drive. They came back strong the following night against Rocanville at home in a big 6-2 win that launched them into the third round of provincials against Esterhazy.
